Two Mentally Unsound Boys Thrashed Tying To Poles, Odisha

Two young boys, 26 and 17 were tied to poles and assaulted brutally by the local mob of Baripada in Odisha. Reportedly, the boys are mentally retarded, and had lost their way. They were asking for the way back home when locals suspected him of being a child lifter. The two were then tied to poles and mercilessly beaten. When their father tried to save his sons, he too was attacked.
