As many as eight teams were crowned champions across the world on Sunday. Along with Mumbai Indians winning the Indian Premier League, Real Madrid (La Liga), Chelsea (Premier League), Juventus (Serie A), Bayern Munich (Bundesliga), Celtic (Scottish Premiership) and AS Monaco (Ligue 1) won their respective football leagues. Bengaluru FC won the Federation Cup after beating Mohun Bagan 2-0 in the final on Sunday. The club booked their spot in next year’s AFC Cup. Take a look at all the champions in the video above.

With this win, Mumbai Indians became the first team to win three IPL trophies and skipper Rohit Sharma created history by becoming the first player to win four League titles and the first captain to win three IPLs. The awards of the Indian Premier League(IPL), a Twenty20 cricket competition based in India. The tournament honours players with several awards like Orange Cap, Purple Cap, Maximum Sixes Award, Player of the series and Emerging Player of the Year.

IPL 2017 winner (Rs 15 crore prize money and the winners’ trophy)- Mumbai Indians. All the players, support staff of the team will receive watches.

India's premier fast bowler Mohammed Shami made a comeback to the Indian squad after he was named the 15-member side, who will travel to England and Wales for the Champions Trophy.
The 26-year-old said that he felt really good when he was named in the team. He added that, the IPL will help him get used to the shorter-format before the Champions Trophy, which begins on 1 June.
The pacer spoke about his experience of playing with Zaheer Khan for the Delhi Daredevils in the IPL.
Shami said that India have the best pace attack in the world and the team will try their best to defend their Champions Trophy title.
Shami, hasn't played a match for India since November 2016 and has not played an ODI since the 2015 World Cup.
