A 36-year-old musician is doing the unthinkable by riding ‘mile-high’ waves while playing melodious tunes from his violin.
Incredible footage from Nazaré, Portugal, shows a musician and professor, Nuno Santos, playing violin while surfing record breaking waves.
Striving to bring out the best in himself, Nuno has spent the past 10 years climbing mountains and taking on some of the biggest waves in the world - all while playing violin.
It’s a personal project he’s calls ‘A Violin in the Most Unlikely Places’.
