Regal, one of the historic single screen cinema halls in Delhi, closed on March 30 after screening two of Raj Kapoor's classic movies – Sangam and Mera Naam Joker. Regal was one of Raj Kapoor's favorite cinema screens, where he used to premiere his films. Regal was 85 years old, and was one of the most attractive hotspots in the good old days of New Delhi. To celebrate the historic moment, and to relive all the old memories, a lot of people turned up to witness the final shows in Regal. The Quint talked to the people, and listened to their stories.
