Deadly 7.1 Magnitude Earthquake Strikes Mexico, Claims At Least 149 Lives


A magnitude 7.1 earthquake shook central Mexico on Tuesday, killing at least 149 people, as buildings collapsed in plumes of dust.
The US Geological Survey said the quake hit at 1:14 p.m. (1815 GMT) and was centered near the Puebla state town of Raboso, about 76 miles (123 kilometers) southeast of Mexico City.
