Vaman Mandavi, a tribal boy from kirandul village, Dantewada clears IIT mains Examination securing first rank in the examination of IIT preparatory course. It is the one year preparatory course for SC/ST candidates who have not qualified for a seat in the current year. Coming from a tribal community where young boys are indiscriminately associated to farming and rearing, this boy pushes all demarcations to be an Engineer.
