A group of locals, along with policemen, formed a human chain to rescue a man who was drowning in Chhattisgarh's Balrampur. The rescue was made on the banks of Kanhar River. Several incidents of drowning have been witnessed in the recent days as parts of the country continue to battle incessant rains and floods.
