Speaking in Lok Sabha, Home Minister Rajnath Singh on Wednesday said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi had never linked last November’s Kanpur train accident to the ISI. Singh’s response came after the Congress’ Digvijaya Singh demanded a clarification on the matter.
