One of the major election promises that Aam Aadmi Party made during Delhi Assembly elections was the ‘Mohalla Clinic’. It meant a clinic in every locality of Delhi that will provide good medical treatment at minimal and affordable cost.
AAP considers these clinics to be the highlight of their tenure in Delhi and tried to cash in on them during the Punjab and Goa Assembly polls, but failed. The Quint found out the conditions of ‘Mohalla clinics’.
