BJP MLA Rakesh Rathore from Sitapur, UP allegedly thrashed a toll plaza employee at the Bareilly highway.
It has been reported that the MLA got angry after waiting for 10 seconds for his convoy to be allowed to pass the toll.
Rathore loses his calm, breaks the barricade and allegedly assaults the employee.
