The Quint: One Suspected ISIS Militant Killed in Lucknow Anti-Terror Op

In an anti-terror encounter that lasted over twelve hours on the outskirts of Lucknow, one suspected ISIS militant was gunned down by security forces early on Wednesday. The slain terrorist has been identified as Saifullah, who the police suspect to be involved in the Madhya Pradesh bomb blast that occurred on Tuesday .
