Two Railway Police Force (RPF) constables saved a 30-year-old commuter from jaws of death at Parel railway station on Wednesday morning. Vinod Laxman Chandanshive, a Dombivli resident, while boarding a running local slipped and was dragged under the footboard. However, two traffic constables managed to drag him back to the platform gap just in time.
Chandrashive suffered minor injuries and was treated at RPF Dadar. The mishap was captured on CCTV camera.
