The Quint| Ramjas Row: Roses & Chocolates Replace Lathicharge & Protests

National Students Union of India (NSUI) initiated a 'Gift a rose' campaign outside Ramjas college to instill some peace in Delhi University.
Violence gripped the Ramjas campus post the clash between the ABVP and the students over the participation of Umar Khalid – JNU student –in a seminar in Ramjas.
Pained by the fear evident in the students NSUI began a campaign to ensure peace and harmony in the campus by distributing chocolates and roses to every student.
